RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase.  Within 30 days of your order date, if for any reason you feel a need to return your jewelry, we are happy to assist you with your return!

All we ask is that you return everything that you received from us, including the gift box and packaging material. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and all returned items are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.

  • Jewelry must be in new/unused condition to receive a full refund. We will not accept items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way. If you believe the issue was a result of our error, please contact us for a pre-paid shipping label during business hours.

  • Please ship all returns via a trackable service such as USPS, UPS or Fedex.

  • Products over $100 should be insured accordingly.

  • We will process your return upon our receipt of the product. It may take up to 5 business days to completely process a refund but in most cases it will take 1-2 days.
